Today companies are facing an awakening and change process. Managers might realize more and more that their strategies, attitudes and current ways of dealing with employees no longer work. Employees are looking for meaning in their work. They are more likely to question their value and the meaning in what they do for and within a company.

Do you know the term “boreout”?

A term that stands for the new suffering in the world of work and for a sudden drop in the voltage of employees in the “power grid”. The phenomenon has to do with changed values. Employees want more than a job that feeds them. The usefulness of work is often given a higher weighting than their salary or bonus. External motivation driven solely through bonuses or incentives such as positions, titles and honours do not bring lasting fulfilment and do not promise long-term success for the organisation. Whats more, it is expensive and time-consuming to rely only on external motivation when the benefits are marginal and there is a “loss of meaning”! The balance between giving and taking has been lost and the employee no longer finds a meaningful place – this can and does lead to an inevitable “burn out”.

Is there a vision? Is the vision known to everyone and is it supported by everyone? Would you like your employees to return to work with meaning and joy? This requires a rethink in the management of employees and value-oriented work in order to mobilize passion, creativity and innovation. Above all, the employee should be recognized as a “holistic person”!

Through our teambuilding workshops, employees are heard, valued and involved in shaping their future. The aim is to create something new and to dissolve blocking structures through own knowledge and awareness.

For example, if a goal has high value in your life and fulfils a deeper sense for you and your team, this increases its driving force. However, if the goals seem out of reach it provides little motivation to act. On the flipside, if a goal is easy to achieve, but it is unimportant to you, it releases little strength in you.

Duration – Language – Location

The duration is individually arranged. I recommend a duration of 1-2 days to ensure the sustainability of the training.

All workshops can be undertaken in English, German, French or Spanish and in most parts of the world (as required)
